Participants
Please review the total number of participants, specifying the number of adults, children, and infants. Please note that children are considered participants whose ages are between three (3) and eleven (11) years.
Shared Excursion
Excursions are considered “shared” when you or the people in your booking will participate in the tour or activity alongside other participants who have booked the same excursion.
Private Excursions
Private excursions imply exclusive participation for you and the people in your booking, without sharing the activity with other unbooked participants. For a private boat excursion, if some participants do not attend, the agreed amount for the private excursion remains applicable to the remaining participants, regardless of the number of attendees.
Meeting Point and Time
- Morning tours: Please arrive by 09:45 for a 10:00 departure.

Afternoon tours: Please arrive by 14:00 for a 14:15 departure.
The meeting point is at Corralejo Harbour, in front of Restaurant Bar La Lonja. Guests are kindly asked to wait directly in front of the statue of the “Yellow Stone Fish.”

PICKUP Terms & Conditions

Booking and Confirmation
Pickup must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking. This service is complimentary and included in the excursion price— no extra cost will be charged. -
Pickup Capacity
The maximum number of passengers we can transport in one pickup vehicle is 7 people.
If your group exceeds this number, the remaining passengers must travel to the agreed meeting point by their own transportation at the scheduled time. -
Pickup Area
Complimentary pickups are available only within the *designated area: the city of Corralejo, including Riu hotels open request.
We do not provide pickups anywhere else including the following locations: Origomare, Lajares, El Cotillo, La Oliva, Puerto del Rosario, Caleta de Fuste or *any other area of Fuerteventura outside of the above mentioned designated areas. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their location before requesting a pickup. -
Scheduling and Availability
Pickup times and routes are organized according to the number of participants and the excursion schedule.
Drop-off after the excursion depends on our schedule and any other transfers happening at the same time. If we’re unable to take you back to your hotel, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. You’re always welcome to ask us first, but please be aware that we can’t always guarantee a ride back. -
Additional Transportation Costs
Any personal transportation expenses (e.g., taxis, fuel, car rental) incurred to reach the meeting point are not refundable or deductible from the excursion price. -
Complimentary Nature of the Service
The pickup is offered as a free convenience for our guests. While we make every effort to provide this service reliably, it should not be considered a contractual obligation of Lobos in Catamaran. The excursion itself remains confirmed even if, for unforeseen reasons, the complimentary pickup cannot be provided.
Discounts and Special Offers
- Lobos in Catamaran offers a 10% discount on the original price for all excursions.
- The discount is valid only for online booking through our website lobosincatamaran.com
- This discount applies to both private and shared excursions.
- The 10% discount is automatically calculated and deducted from the total amount at checkout.
Promotional Period
- The discount is valid for all excursions booked and delivered between October 15, 2025, and December 23, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. UK time and between January 15, 2026, and June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. UK time.
- If an excursion is booked before October 1, 2025, but scheduled after December 23, 2025, or before January 15, 2026, but scheduled after June 30, 2026 the discount will not be applied, as the offer is only valid for excursions taking place within the promotional periods.

Payment and Booking
Upon confirming your booking, you will be asked to complete a form through our online booking provider and will be redirected to a secure payment provider, such as PayPal, Square, among others. Complete the booking form with all the required information. Follow the instructions provided by the payment service provider to complete your payment.
When confirming your booking through our page lobosincatamaran.com, the full booking amount will be requested.
Once your payment is received, an email will be sent to you indicating the details of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure.
If you wish to cancel your excursion, please email lobosincatamaran@gmail.com as soon as possible or call the following number:
We will only accept cancellations sent at least 24 hours before departure and no later than 19:30, Canary Islands time.
Refund Policy
This refund policy applies only to bookings made directly through our company—via our official website, email, or phone numbers. It does not apply to bookings made through external agencies, websites, or resellers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they book through our official website or authorized sales point located at Corralejo Harbour.
Please carefully read the following refund policy:
- The excursion may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions that compromise the tour, activities, or boat navigation, or the safety of the crew and passengers.
- Rainy, cloudy, or windy days are not considered “adverse weather conditions.”
- The excursion provider is solely responsible for the cancellation.
- In case of cancellation, you will be promptly informed through the phone number or email address provided during the booking process.
- For major reasons customers may also be informed on the same day of the scheduled departure.
- In the event of cancellation, Lobos in Catamarán will not be held responsible for any indirect loss or additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to transportation or car rental expenses.
- In case of cancellation by the company provider, the customer will be refunded the amount paid as soon as possible (the time may vary depending on banks or payment providers).
NO SHOW Policy
If one or more participants do not show up at the agreed meeting point before departure, it will be considered a NO SHOW.
In this case, the participant will forfeit 100% of the total booking amount. If the customer has only paid part of the total amount, the customer will lose 100% of the deposit.
We recommend arriving at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
