Lobos in Catamarán directly and indirectly organizes and sells shared and private excursions on its own catamaran.

These tours or activities are sold directly through its website www.lobosincatamaran.com or through its vendors, which can be online or physical.

When purchasing our catamaran excursions, the following terms and conditions apply.

Please note that our terms and conditions apply only to our website and only if you book directly through our page www.lobosincatamaran.com or by contacting the company Lobos in Catamarán directly through official channels, such as our email address or mobile number.

If you book through another website or an agency offering our excursions, we recommend that you read or inquire about their terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website.

Participants

Please review the total number of participants, specifying the number of adults, children, and infants. Please note that children are considered participants whose ages are between three (3) and eleven (11) years.

Shared Excursion

Excursions are considered "shared" when you or the people in your booking will participate in the tour or activity alongside other participants who have booked the same excursion.

Private Excursions

Private excursions imply exclusive participation for you and the people in your booking, without sharing the activity with other unbooked participants. For a private boat excursion, if some participants do not attend, the agreed amount for the private excursion remains applicable to the remaining participants, regardless of the number of attendees.

Payment and Booking

Upon confirming your booking, you will be asked to complete a form through our online booking provider and will be redirected to a secure payment provider, such as PayPal, among others. Complete the booking form with all the required information. Follow the instructions provided by the payment service provider to complete your payment.

When confirming your booking through our page lobosincatamaran.com, the full booking amount will be requested.

Once your payment is received, an email will be sent to you indicating the details of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure.

If you wish to cancel your excursion, please email lobosincatamaran@gmail.com as soon as possible or call the following number: +34 608 310 450.

We will only accept cancellations sent at least 24 hours before departure and no later than 19:30, Canary Islands time.

Refund Policy

Please carefully read the following refund policy:

• The excursion may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions that compromise the tour, activities, or boat navigation, or the safety of the crew and passengers.

• Rainy, cloudy, or windy days are not considered "adverse weather conditions."

• The excursion provider is solely responsible for the cancellation.

• In case of cancellation, you will be promptly informed through the phone number or email address provided during the booking process.

Additionally, please note that customers may also be informed on the same day of the scheduled departure.

In the event of cancellation, Lobos in Catamarán will not be held responsible for any indirect loss or additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to transportation or car rental expenses.

• In case of cancellation by the company provider, the customer will be refunded the amount paid as soon as possible (the time may vary depending on banks or payment providers).

NO SHOW Policy

If one or more participants do not show up at the agreed meeting point before departure, it will be considered a NO SHOW.

In this case, the participant will forfeit 100% of the total booking amount. If the customer has only paid part of the total amount, the customer will lose 100% of the deposit.

We recommend arriving at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
